our Common House
OUR LIGHT AND SPACIOUS COMMON HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR USE BY GROUPS WHO SHARE OUR VISION FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING SOLUTIONS AND EMPOWERED COMMUNITIES. THE SPACE INCLUDES A LARGE KITCHEN SUITABLE FOR GROUP CATERING, ACCESSIBLE TOILETS AND A SEPARATE MEZZANINE LEVEL, SUITABLE FOR SMALLER GROUP BOOKINGS.
Rates for Common House (includes Kitchen)
Full day (9am-6pm): $150
Half day (morning or afternoon): $85
Two hours: $50
Rates for Mezzanine (doesn't include Kitchen)
Full day (9am-6pm): $60
Half day (morning or afternoon): $35
Two hours: $20
