Interested in applying to live at Murundaka? First thing to do is to find out as much as you can about Murundaka, Cohousing and the Common Equity Housing program. Check for any current vacancies here.

ELIGIBILITY
Check and make sure you meet the eligibility requirements of the CEHL program. CEHL is a co-operative, social- housing program so members must not exceed income and asset limits.

INTEREST
Contact us directly to let us know you are interested here and ask us about our next Prospective member information session. Then, register an expression of interest to attend a CEHL info session.
These are submitted to CEHL directly. All interested applicants must apply through CEHL.

ATTEND
Attend a CEHL information session. Find out more about the program at the presentation. At the end of the session if you're still interested, make sure to get an Application Form.

APPLY
Complete the application form and return it to CEHL. You will need to preference 'Ecohousing Heidelberg' or 'Banyule South co-op' if you are interested in living at Murundaka.

WAIT
Once you've applied you should end up on the CEHL waiting list. When we have a vacancy come up at Murundaka, we inform CEHL and they give us a list of potential applicants. From there we contact applicants and conduct interviews before we make an offer of housing.
